Hi, I’m Ava.

I work across automated testing, backend services, telemetry pipelines, and connected devices for JLG’s ClearSky Smart Fleet platform.

• Engineer Python/PyQt tooling that validates CS550 devices end-to-end, from firmware and CAN traffic through backend services and cloud telemetry.
• Build CAN-based automated testing and debugging workflows using PCAN, correlating live device traffic with cloud data to diagnose issues across connected systems.
• Integrate validation tooling with Java backend microservices and package internal Windows applications for use across engineering and testing workflows.
• Design and maintain time-series telemetry data pipelines using Azure Data Explorer (ADX), developing new feature data flows and troubleshooting production data issues supporting customer-facing ClearSky Smart Fleet applications.
• Develop an internal AI assistant over enterprise data using Microsoft AI Foundry, implementing agent orchestration, retrieval, and validation with Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/React, and vector databases.

Started the automated testing project that I continued developing after joining the team full-time.

• Developed the initial Python/PyQt tooling for automated end-to-end CS550 testing, including utilities for parsing and visualizing live CAN data.
• Enhanced internal engineering tools with secure Azure authentication and automated application setup and startup workflows.
